Marketplace Insurance Information (Form 1095-A)
Interest and Dividend Statements (1099-INT, 1099-DIV)
Documentation of total amount paid for childcare, along with provider EIN or SSN.
Documentation of higher education expenses for yourself or your dependents (such as form 1098-T)
If you or anyone on your return have been issued one, your IRS Identity Protection Pin.
Banking information if you wish to receive your refund by direct deposit.
Copy of last years tax return, if possible.
*If you are Married Filing Joint, your spouse must be present with their Photo Identification and Social Security Card. If you are Married Filing Separately, your spouse does not need to be present, but you will still be required to provide their social security number.

Generally, if you are under the age of 65 and made more than $13,850 OR if you had at least $400 in self-employment income you are legally required to file a return.
But just because you don’t HAVE to, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t! If you worked and had tax-withheld you may receive your withholdings back or be eligible for certain credits! -
